Richard is an experienced business leader and serial entrepreneur with a track record spanning over 18 years. After achieving success as a manager and executive in the hospitality industry, he decided to pursue his entrepreneurial aspirations. In 2005, Richard established his first business from scratch and managed to scale it to generate an impressive annual revenue of over 5 million within just two years. Building on this accomplishment, he went on to launch two more businesses, both of which he successfully scaled to generate over 8 million in revenue.
Throughout his professional journey, Richard's leadership skills have been instrumental in his success. He effectively utilizes these skills to motivate and guide individuals in achieving their goals. With a comprehensive approach to business, Richard thoroughly examines all aspects of an organization to pinpoint areas for improvement.
Presently, Richard holds multiple positions, including Regional President at COSI, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Axxis Business Consulting, Regional Managing Partner at the J Galt Finance Suite, and Senior Executive Advisor at Aspire Partners USA. He possesses extensive expertise in strategic planning, scaling businesses, implementing processes, optimizing operations, and automating procedures, among other areas.
Richard holds a BS in Biology from The University of Puerto Rico and Certifications on Business Management and Strategic Planning from the Polytechnical University of Puerto Ric
