Dr. Jonathan Howard’s educational background shows he earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Business Leadership and Management from Northcentral University (Dissertation: Lean Management and Healthcare Employees’ Work Performance). He has a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Health Care Management from the American Intercontinental University of Dunwoody. He also has a Bachelor of Science double major in Health Science Education, Community Health, and a minor in Biology from Georgia College & State University. Dr. Howard has developed strategies for achieving the vision of the organization he has worked for. He has created operating plans that support strategic direction. He has developed and provided strategies for implementing and executing programs designed to carry out the mission of the company. In Dr. Howard’s current role, he oversees operations and manages compliance with legal and regulatory requirements including responsibility for compliance issues mandated by the federal government and the state of Georgia. He continues to implement plans for organizational growth. Dr. Howard has over 21+ years in health administration, government relations, and public health, examining healthcare claims at the state and federal levels. He also has over 23+ years of financial planning, budgeting, and educational training at the executive level.
